Léonard Kadid is a French architect and product designer based in Paris. From object to architecture, his studio explores the characteristics of matter through clear and lasting compositions with a focus on constructive process and structural experimentation. After studying at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland and the École d'Architecture de la Ville et des Territoires in Paris, Léonard Kadid has collaborated with renowned international offices such as Herzog & de Meuron in Basel before setting up his own studio in Paris. In 2022, he was awarded the French design prize FD100 for his solid oak chair collection Pier. The same year, his lamp Möja was included in the permanent collection of the Mobilier National.
